Linda has been working in the health care industry for over 40 years starting life as a Registered Nurse and Health Visitor in England. She owned and commissioned a 92 bed Nursing Home and also started a Home Health company employing 150 caregivers and providing 4,000 hours of care hours per week.

Alan has been in the home care business for 10 years; initially in the payroll department progressing into recruitment and selection, orientating new staff and taking responsibility for health and safety within the company.

Annabel graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Social Communication from the University of Chester, UK. Annabel is working towards the role of the Alternate Administrator. She currently has the responsibility for confirming visits, billing and payroll.

Edward graduated in 2009 with a degree in Business Studies from Lancaster University, UK. He project managed TenderCare’s new software system into operation and oversees its continued smooth running. He also acts in a consultancy and advisory capacity with regard to the future development of the business.
