The home health care assessment we provide is a free visit to help evaluate the type and frequency of home care required or preferred by a client. We start every new case with a free assessment, whether the client is ready for care immediately or is simply pre-registering for home care so that in their time of need we can begin service with very little notice.

Creating a Care Plan Together

This visit is carried out either by one of the company directors (Linda and Alan) or by our Registered Nurse for all nursing care assessments. We have had many years of experience assessing the care needs of clients and their families and have become very skilled in creating a care plan to suit both. We make sure to introduce caregivers primarily based on our clients' care needs, but also pay close attention to matching character and personalities to ensure a great relationship. TenderCare Services are able to advise you on all aspects of beginning in-home care, from utilizing insurance policies to funding for home safety improvements.

Short Notice In-Home Care

Many clients decide to pre-register for home care with TenderCare Services, even if they don’t require care to begin immediately, so that in times of need we are ready to offer very short notice home care. The information which we collect during the pre-registration will result in a fast and successful caregiver/client match and allow us to provide high quality last minute home care where necessary.
