TenderCare will go on to assist you in setting up your claim, and forwarding all ongoing documentation (including in-home care invoices and visit notes) to your long term care insurance company. This is a complimentary service for all clients who would like any level of assistance in navigating the, sometimes complex, claims process. Simply provide TenderCare with your policy information and claim number and we would be glad to help you. LTC insurance companies will usually send a representative from their company to do an initial claim assessment, usually in the form of an RN who will observe you during your normal daily routine. It is sometimes helpful to have someone with you during this assessment for support, TenderCare can offer this support service as a courtesy to new clients.
