We work with many long-term care insurance companies, including John Hancock, MetLife, Genworth, Senior Health Insurance of Pennsylvania (S.H.I.P), and C.N.A, to name a few.
To get started, we will need your policy information and claim number. Long-term care insurance companies will usually send a representative from their company to do an initial claim assessment (usually a registered nurse), who will observe you throughout your daily routine. It is sometimes helpful to have someone with you during this assessment for support; TenderCare can offer this support service as a courtesy to new clients.
